We know that eating healthy is not usually very practical or economical.  In fact, many times we ourselves end up eating foods that are not as healthy for us as we would like them to be.

Just like you, we have our reasons for not always making the right choice:

  1. Cost – eating healthy can be more expensive
  2. Time – it can take longer to eat healthier
  3. Hassle – eating healthy can be an inconvenience
  4. Boring – it can feel “stale” to eat healthier
  5. Taste – eating healthy can be bland

Having said all the above, we have found that there is a Menos Malo way to do things.

Menos Malo is “less bad” in Spanish and in this blog we will be sharing with you things that aren’t necessarily healthy, but are certainly “less bad” for you.
